Plans & billing

You can sign up and use the console without paying. A plan sets your limits and unlocks first-party tracking; you choose it in Settings → Plan.

All prices include VAT. Yearly billing costs 10 months — two months free.

First-party tracking—500k events / month, 3 sites3M events / month, 30 sites

Every plan includes the reporting dashboards (GA4, Google Ads, Search Console, Merchant Center, Meta, Clarity), PPC, SEO, funnels, competitors, the UTM builder, reports and the AI assistant with your own model key.

Growth adds your own data layer: the tracking snippet on your subdomain, cross-device customer journeys, SMS and email campaign attribution with ROAS, CRM connectors and privacy controls. Agency adds client organisations with separate access. Larger teams: see Enterprise on the pricing page.

How limits work

  • Users, sites, data-source accounts, organisations — at 80% you see a notice; at 100% you can’t add more until you upgrade. Nothing already connected stops.
  • Tracked events are never silently dropped. We keep collecting up to 125% of your monthly allowance and ask you to upgrade; past that, collection pauses until the next month or an upgrade.
  • History — reports reach back as far as your plan allows.

Paying

  1. Open Settings → Plan, pick monthly or yearly and your currency (EUR, GBP or USD).
  2. Press Choose — you go to a secure Stripe page.
  3. Pay by card or another local method; you return to the console and the plan activates within seconds.

Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record. Stripe calculates and remits VAT for your country and emails the receipt.

Started on the website? The Start button on the pricing page carries your choice through sign-up — you land on the Plan tab with that plan selected.

When a renewal payment fails

Stripe retries the card automatically over the following days. Meanwhile the Plan tab shows Payment overdue and a Pay invoice button.

Pay that invoice — don’t subscribe again. It settles the same subscription and stops the retries. The console won’t sell you a second subscription while one is overdue, and if two ever exist, the older one is cancelled automatically so you are never charged twice.

Changing or cancelling a plan

Everything is in Settings → Plan. Open Compare plans to see what each plan includes, then:

  • Upgrade — a bigger plan or yearly billing applies right away; you pay only the difference for the rest of the current period.
  • Smaller plan or monthly billing — the button shows the date it takes effect: the end of the period you’ve already paid for, so you never lose paid time.
  • Cancel subscription — the plan keeps working until the end of the paid period. Changed your mind before then? Press Resume — nothing is charged again.
  • Card & invoices — update the card, download invoices.

Each action opens a short secure Stripe page that shows the exact amount before you confirm. Refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Agencies: several organisations

On Agency you run up to 15 client organisations under one subscription:

  1. Press + next to the organisation name at the top of the console.
  2. Name the client’s organisation — your team gets access straight away.
  3. Invite the client to their organisation only (Settings → Team); they never see your other clients.

Client organisations don’t pay separately — their Plan tab shows they’re covered by your agency. Moving to a smaller plan is possible once no more organisations remain than that plan allows.
