What happens when I reach a limit?
You get a notice at 80%. At 100% you can't add more users, sites or accounts until you upgrade. Tracked events are never silently dropped: we keep collecting up to 125% of your plan and ask you to upgrade.
Can I use the console before paying?
Yes. Sign up and connect your sources for free; limits apply once you choose a plan.
Who issues the invoice?
Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record: Stripe calculates and remits VAT and sends the receipt.
